Just started dating this girl and she reads more action/adventure books and I mostly read horror/suspense and stuff and we were going to introduce each other to our genres. I was thinking Misery, one of my personal favorites, and also The Silent Patient, since she’s a nurse and also a good one I’ve read. What are some other books that are more mild and good intro horror books I’m not thinking of? The ones I’ve read recently are pretty gory and don’t want to turn her off of them too quick.
