I recently read Town of cats by Murakami and I am still puzzled by the analogy that is drawn in the short story about Town of Cats inside that story which mentions that “ It is the place where he is meant to be lost” and how is it related to story of the protagonist meeting his father.
Now I know that Murakami writes in various abstractions and using surreal themes but still this feels like one of those simple points that just isn’t clicking for me and this is bugging me a lot for the past couple of days.
So anyone with some insights on this would really help easy this thing from my mind.
