My nervous system triggers whenever i go to my public job, I’m a ticket seller so you can guess all the Karen’s and problems i may face on a daily basis. I have social anxiety, panic attacks, and other generalized symptoms of anxiety that work has helped to intensify. I’m working through some of these issues. There are better days but still.
I want books that deal with this issue accompanied with social anxiety and an dysregulated nervous system, to have a healthy life outside work and inside (as the emotional beating has spread into other parts of my life)
