Hello!! I just finished the hunger games trilogy after not really reading much since middle school (hs senior now) and loved them so much I sobbed when i realized i would never be able to read them for the first time again LOL. I loved the brutality and romance the books held so my friend suggested ACOTAR but i only got 60 pages in when i realized I absolutely hated it. Was far too cringey for my tastes(funny i know). Does anyone have any book recommendations for me that are kind of simular to hungergames like maybe distopic? I also really enjoyed some of Cormic McCarthy’s books if that helps distinguish my taste at all.
