I used to love crime books. Before I had found the crime genre I used to read anything. But now I am lost. For some reason, I don’t enjoy crime books anymore. I didn’t think it would be a problem. But it seems like I can’t find any genre that excites me. I tried I think every genre. Romance, classics, psychology, sci-fi, … Always it happens the same: I read a book from a genre. -> I like it. -> I try to read a different book from the same genre. -> I don’t enjoy it. -> I get into a slump.
What am I doing it wrong? Is there anything I could do? I have been a big reader since I could read. This situation makes me really sad.
I was thinking about purchasing Kindle. I have heard that it helped people with reading.
