Just finished “None of This is True” by Lisa Jewell and well..

Erm can I just say that throughout the whole first two parts I was screaming in my head😃😃 “YOU DO NOT!! LET THE INSANEST OF WOMEN!! WITH THE MIGHTIEST PACKAGE OF RED FLAGS!! JUST CASUALLY INTO YOUR HOME & LIFE!!!” 😃😃

With that said, I do not feel like this was well written sadly for a book in this genre.. I think Ive been reading too many thriller/suspense novels over the years but idk.. I feel like a lot of it was kind of expected, ESPECIALLY with that title?? Cmon.Y does it have little to no filler chapters that just help to gauge the actual characters, every chapter has smthn to do withthe narrative the author wants to build in the head of the reader and it does not leave spaceee. The substance in this book was NOT substancing.

I think I’d give it a solid 5/10. If you LOVED this book, you should go outside, and touch some books maybe?

Anywho, yall have any actually good (clean) suspense/thriller book recs, ty!!
