I’ve read a few mystery books in the past (Murder on the orient express, Death on the Nile etc) and i’ve loved them all, and when i tried to read more stories like them their almost always seems to be a romantic subplot (although that may just be because the closest book store to me seems to have an odd obsession with romance) and it just feels like unnecessary filler for the story.
Also i would like to say i don’t read books that regularly or anything, maybe one or two a month? but id love to get a book that i actually enjoy.
