I have not read either of these books (listed below) and don’t have time to do so before gifting them, but they are both on my TBR list now!
1. All the women in my head by Betty Gilpin — considering as a gift for an 18 year old college student who is figuring herself out as a young adult.
2. Sure I’ll join your cult by Maria Bamford —considering as a gift for a 16 year old girl who has enjoyed Bamford’s comedy for several years.
I have no content restrictions for either of them—they can read any content that they enjoy. Just curious if anyone on this subreddit has read either of these books and if you enjoyed them. What is your gut feeling /hot take on whether a teenager would be drawn in. Tysm!!
