Hey uh, I’m looking for a book to get a family member this holiday.

They’re not really a science fiction or fantasy reader, they prefer essays and biographies. They mostly enjoy books that convey/discuss/teach interesting information. Captivating and/or funny stories also go over well.
They really enjoy Michael Lewis (Big Short, Liar’s poker, Undoing Project), AJ Jacobs (Guinea Pig Diaries, Year of Living Biblically), David Sedaris(Naked, Calypso, Squirrel seeks chipmunk), and Christopher Moore (Lamb, Serpent of Venice, Secondhand Souls, A Dirty Job)

Currently, they are reading Werner Herzog’s new book and really enjoying it (mostly due to the absurdity of the tales described within and learning more about the mad genius that is Werner Herzog).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
