One of my favorite reads this year was Dry by J. and N. Shusterman. The visceral imagery (had to have a glass of water with me while reading!), the real sense that this could happen in our lifetime… I wasn’t super fond of the ending, but the rest of the book has had me thinking about it ever since.
I’d love to read something else dystopian like this. Real world situation: something that you keep thinking about afterwards. Any suggestions?
