I found two of her books (“Collection of One-night Stands” and “Are You There Vodka, it’s Me Chelsey”) at a $1 sale and decided to try them.
Her books are an easy read for sure, but the more I read them, the more I disliked Chelsey. She’s so rude, obnoxious, selfish, with almost zero manners. I just can’t understand how she could be liked by so many people. Chelsey seems to have zero empathy.
I’ve never felt such a strong dislike for a character (aka, a real person) while reading a book. Has anyone else experienced this?
