Hi all!
Can you suggest me a book that is set in a scifi/fantasy setting/world, maybe with magic and everything, but is focusod deeply in characters and their relationships/dramas?
I really like fantasy/scifi but kind of tired of the save the whole kingdom/kill the big bad guy type of books.
For example The Witcher book series (the father-daughter arc and the underlining romance) and of course Game of Thrones.
GoT would be the perfect example. It’s focused on characters, but there is something bigger going on in the background.
Also, I am not really a fan of YA and Romantasy, I don’t mean a book that has a romance as it’s main and only focus but its in a fantasy setting, I mean something like the “fantasy story” taking up the main attention, but with deep characters and their dramas.
