In the last few years I have started a tradition of reading a Stephen King book during the holiday season (by accident at first, but I decided to go with it). With how famous and high selling his books are, I sort of expected to be able to find just about any of his books at just about any used book store, but I find that it’s actually the opposite. There are often literally zero Stephen King books on the shelves at many of the used bookstores I go to. Other best selling authors will have shelves and shelves of books (e.g. Dean Koontz, Sue Grafton, etc.). What happened to all the pre-owned Stephen King books? Shouldn’t there be millions of them out there?

One would think. The joy of a King book for me is being able to re-read it. I don’t get rid of my King books. I’m guessing others feel the same?
Have you checked eBay? Seems to be a lot to choose from on there!
