I’ve been looking for a book to give to my husband for Christmas, but Goodreads can be quite an overwhelming place. I’m hoping that someone with similar interests my husband has can suggest a good title.
He likes fantasy and sci-fi books with preferably strong female protagonist. Hd doesn’t like any mentions of rape/sexual exploitation. You could say his preferred reads are a bit “childish “targeted at younger audience, as I’ve seen him multiple times reading y/a novels. Additionally, good writing is very important to him, he enjoys extensive worldbuilding, but is indifferent to romance. I’d personally prefer it to be one book, or if it’s a series, 3 installments max.
I myself don’t have much interest in such genres, so l’m hoping there’s someone here who has a couple of suggestions!
