For the past few months i’ve felt like this and I recently thought that maybe I could read something that might make me feel more understood and get me out of this funk. A book that maybe covers the ideas of loneliness and depression that the reader could relate to and find some sympathy with, and possibly suggests some way to feel better? I’m going through a lot and I like to read books and often poetry, which the latter always makes me feel something and better for at least the moment. But it’s all very short, so a book that might help me in the long term would be appreciated.
