I know this is probably weird, but it’s just how it is I guess. I can’t control it. I always think everything’s about me. Not in a selfish, arrogant way, but negatively. You’re having a quiet conversation on the other side of the room? You’re talking bad about me. My wife is texting a friend? They’re talking bad about me. I always feel like I’m not doing enough, and that everything is bad. I’m a bad Dad, bad Husband, bad employee. I know that it is a untrue, but I can’t shake it and it stresses me out beyond belief.
Are there any books with advice on this? Thanks for any recommendations.
