Sometimes I see still images, but I can’t see the full scene play out in my head like I used to. At first I thought it was just the books I was reading, but after shuffling through many different genres, I’ve found that I can’t see the imagery of the story. It’s making it really hard for me to like reading again.
However, I think it may be because of a few reasons:
1. I only recently started reading more often.
2. I’ve been stressing a lot more
3. I focus on the words more than the scene itself….I’m a writer, so I like to focus on the way the author writes a lot to get more inspiration for my writing.
I still wanted to consult the people of reddit, so let me know if anyone else is having a similar experience/can help me see the scenes again lol, tysm!
