I know non-fic gets bad rep for being boring and its readers — pompous, but I believe it’s important to make time for it every once in a while. We can’t discount the value of reading about history, human thought, people’s life stories, different cultures, and social constructs. I also know that you can get some of this from reading fiction but still. I intend to read more non-fic in 2024.
