ok. i’ll admit, when i was younger (teenager) wattpad was huge and smut and dark romances (my Mafia boyfriend arranged marriage bleh bleh) stuff was huge. so maybe since ive grown out of it, i find the dark romances being released so cringe (Haunting Adeline, I Pucking Love you) but what i hate the most is the dual perspective approach being used as basically the lamest, laziest way to continue the story. like the characters are SOO boring u can’t write 400 pages in their sole perspective. especially haunting adeline. a stalker story would be so much better in ONE perspective. that being said, i haven’t read either of this books. and i am never going to (im obsessed with watching hour long rant reviews on “dark romances” and whatever the hell cooleen hoover writes)
