Hi all.
I have a rather picky eater, but I notice that actually explaining why specific food is useful, he might sometimes try it.
I’m interested in a fiction (story-telling) book rather than plain facts book (we have such one already and use it from time to time as a catalogue) that would touch my child emotionally and help him get interested in different foods. A book that would have information about why certain food is good for our health.
Maybe there is even a series of books that touches different foods. Obviously, veggies is the difficult one, but also proteins.
Thank you.

Bread and Jam for Frances by Russell Hoban. Make sure you get the unabridged version.
Stephanie Lucianovic has both a novel and a non-fiction book about picky eating.
