I’m having a hard time articulating this one, but Reddit is magic so here it goes 🙂
I’m looking for something similar to The Postmortal by Drew Magary, Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut, or An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green.
A dystopian or alternate world..man’s fault..science out of hand..road to hell paved with good intentions… makes you think kind of story but written with dark humor.I want it to make me either sure that we are doomed or feel hopeful that we aren’t, but not feel like a drag trying to get through reading something totally doom and gloom.
Please tell me that someone undestands my desperate ramblings haha
Bonus points if I can get it in audio book so I can cut my reading time in half by bouncing back and forth lol
