My favourite book of all time is pride and prejudice, the enemies to lovers, the subtle push and pull! I need a book that will hook me and keep me screaming for the characters to get together.

Close seconds to Pride and Prejudice are Normal People, Atonement and The Song of Achilles, so I would also love a romance that will have me sobbing!

    1. The Hating Game by Sally Thorne. It is a fun and flirty romantic book. It’s about Lucy and Joshua, who work together and really don’t like each other at first. They play games and tease each other, but slowly, their feelings start to change. It’s a cute and funny story about enemies turning into something more.

    2. Do you have other enemies to lovers recs yourself?

It’s somethinf Im fond of as well, even if I dont often run into it

Epic Fail by Claire LaZebnik has been described as a kind of a modern day pride and prejudice type of story.

    4. For the vibes, Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy

For the toxic tumultuousness, Wuthering Heights by Charlotte Brontë

It’s not aged well, but Gone With The Wind by Margaret Mitchell is an Epic love story.

      Forever Amber by Kathleen Windsor.

I just have to jump in here to say that OP, your choices are really solid and high quality works. I would discourage you from getting The Hating Game.

I’d like to know what others recommend because I fell for that one – The Hating Game – and I lost all faith in the online reader community lol.
