I’m looking for something with a similar relationship between Feyre and >!Rhys !<from “A Court of Thorns and Roses” series but from a first person Male POV.
All adult romance books I’d read from the male POV don’t usually follow the slow-burn style and I don’t want the MC to be primary focused on sex (aka, I don’t want it to devolve into smut where sex is literally all the MC thinks about). Sex scenes are ok as long as it’s not erotica material (ACOTAR series is the best example).
For those who are unfamiliar with slow burn romance, it’s pretty much a romantic relationship that slowly builds over the course of the series. Building tension (often romantically, emotionally, and physically) between characters until their inevitable union. A lot of the time, one (or both) of the characters aren’t aware of their attraction or due to plot reasons (ACOTAR) don’t want to admit it.
IMPORTANT: It needs to be fantasy/action/adventure as well or even sci-fi, but not only romance.
