Hello! I am looking for books on healing from a toxic/co-dependent relationship. However, I’m looking for ones that have more of a focus on the ‘next relationship’ aspect – finding yourself with an amazing, patient, and kind partner, but still feeling these past emotions creep up and taking it out on this new relationship/partner. I’ve read the common ones (Whole Again and Psychopath Free by Jackson MacKenzie, Anxiously Attached, Attached….) but am looking for ones that focus more on an optimistic viewpoint, like not having an innate feeling that every partner will be so bad to you.
