I’ve never had more enjoyment then when I was reading through all 9 books of the expanse series.
I would love another long scifi series to sink myself into. Preferable space focused. I much prefer works that try to remain grounded in realism atleast somewhat so the harder the scifi the better.
Other scifi books and media I’ve enjoyed:
Books: Contact, Project Hail mary, the martian, 2001: A space odyssey
TV and films: Arrival, For all mankind, Star trek, Star wars, Planetes.
In the gaming world I had a really good time with the mass effect trilogy this summer.
Recommend me some books based on this information. I’d still say great character writing is still more important to me than absolute sticking to all science and realism
