He said he wants a book that bounces back and forth in time. The story will start out in the present, and as you are trying to figure out what’s going on, the story jumps back in time, and it keeps flipping back and forth like this for the storyline leaving the reader questioning the connections and what’s going on in each story line, until finally in the end both story lines connect and it all makes sense.
He said he’s either read a book or watched a movie like that before which is why he wants another one, but he can’t remember what it was. I also asked what genre and he said “Action or drama or whatever it doesn’t matter”
