Sorry this is a very specific question that I have and it might not even be entirely on topic for this subreddit but I’m not sure where else to go. I was going through the biography section of Herman Melville’s Wikipedia page and it says apparently that Herman was fond of drawing which I was never aware of. Wikipedia specifically says “…he was very fond of drawing. The visual arts became a lifelong interest.” Thats all it says about his drawing. I tried to look into this to see some of his drawings but Google hasn’t turned anything up. So I was wondering if anyone knows more about this and if there are even drawings of his that exist today. This might be a long shot but hopefully something might come up. Thanks everyone!
