I read about 60 books per week, and read at the speed of a chapter with 1250 words per 1-2 minutes, and about about 200 chapters a day, is this bad for my mental health? Because for the past two years, I’ve been lacking energy, and lack of inspiration, and interest to things, and been sitting down reading the Whole day, should I stop my reading, and if I do what should I do reading is the only thing, I’ve found interesting?
