I really need to work on how I interact with people, but the confidence part is so hard to do because of all the anxiety in my head about them judging me or saying something stupid and becoming ashamed of it afterwards.
I’m currently reading The Body Keeps The Score by Bessel van der Kolk and I really like that type of style of writing for self-help/non-fiction.
Does anyone have a really good one they can recommend?
