Recently lost my partner of 4 years and the immense amount of sadness that comes with this experience seems to be compounded greatly by my feelings of guilt. I cannot seem to let go of the thoughts that I could have saved his life had I acted differently.
I’m not looking for a self-help kind of book, but would instead like a philosophical book/collection of essays or a fictional novel/short stories that explore the themes of grief, guilt and self-forgiveness.
Thank you kindly
