Please, suggest me fiction books with the theme of ritualistic cannibalism.
It can be a cultural tradition or just something a characters decided to do on their own for some reason, doesn’t matter, as long as it’s a signifficant to the story and/or characters.

It’s not a perfect match, but Speaker for the Dead might fit. It’s in the Ender’s Game series by Orson Scott Card. >!spoiler! The Indigenous people of another planet vivisect their own people at a certain time in their lives, because that helps them move on to the next time in their lives where, IIRC, they transform into trees. However, they didn’t realize doing this to humans would torture and kill them.!spoiler!<
