Hello,
I know it sounds weird and super specific, but I desperately need some ghost stories (non necessarily a whole book) about the new technology invented in the period between the second half of 19 century and the first half of 20 century. The stories should involve new technological discovery for instance radio, telegraph, photography, train, lightbulb…
Do you have some suggestion?

I don’t remember if there are specifically ghosts in this, but check out The Vorrh by B. Catling. It’s very creepy and one of the characters is Edward Muybridge, a pioneer of photography/motion pictures
The Woman in Black, early 20th century and has voice recordings in it for the tech part
Not a ghost story exactly nor does it directly involve technology but I’m pretty sure you would find it fascinating to read about the “third man factor”.
Ernest Shackleton’s experience with this in 1917 was a notable account and it is associated with other well known adventurists also having similar accounts in extreme survival situations.
The Haunting of Maddy Clare by Simone St. Claire is set post ww1.
