I absolutely adored that book. I’m looking for recs from any genre except nonfiction and war stories. I especially love murder mysteries and fantasy. I’m trying to get out of a reading slump and legends and lattes was a great start, help me keep the ball rolling! Thanks 🙂

Definitely the prequel that just came out, Bookshops & Bonedust. Becky Chambers also has a number of good books that might scratch this itch (the Wayfarers series, the Monk and Robot series), though they’re more sci-fi than fantasy, but they have a similar (I think) cozy + action vibe. The Murderbot Diaries by Martha Wells to stay in the sci-fi lane.
In case you haven’t seen it, at r/CozyFantasy, there is a reading guide in the subreddit info that includes many genres:

The very secret society of irregular witches by sangu mandanna is one of my favourite cosy fantasy books.
I also loved Emily wildes encyclopaedia of faeries by Heather fawcett.
For a cosy murder mystery I really liked the Richard osman Thursday murder club series.
