I want some good short books that will get me out this readers slump I’m in. I finished Hogg by Samuel R. Delany back in April and I haven’t been the same since. It was a tough read.
I recently got A Short Stay in Hell by Steven L. Peck but I’m not feeling quite satisfied (yet! I just started it) although it’s quite intriguing.
Some of my best reads have been The Midnight Library by Matt Haig, If You Tell by Gregg Olsen, and Pretty Girls by Karin Slaughter.
If anyone can suggest short books, short stories, or anything that is close enough to my best reads I will be eternally grateful!!! I miss reading so much ):

Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman
My top suspense reads this year: Suspense/thriller: Strange Sally Diamond by Liz Nugent (woman’s “strange” response to her father’s death brings her out into the world in both good and bad ways) and None of This Is True by Lisa Jewell (podcaster discovers ever more sinister things about an acquaintance-turned-subject)
