Im looking for a book for my brother in law. He likes to read but isn’t a big reader. He has his masters in business and liked the book Shoe Dog by Phil Knight, but I think I want something a bit more meaningful than another business book.
He’s a very serious triathlete and has competed in several Ironman competitions. But, He’s not your typical “manly, bravado” kind of guy. So I’m not sure a book about “grit and toughing it out” is his type.
He’s really into baseball and I’m sure there is a book out there about triumph or perseverance.
Any suggestions?

He sounds like a guy that likes nonfiction and would probably like something fun to read.
I would suggest {{Freakonomics by Stephen J. Dubner and Steven Levitt}}.
