1st. Main character has religious trauma and was forced to purge by his mother. His I think 3 love interests watched over him growing up. He tried to purge while in their house and that was who he found out about them watching him. It was a paranormal book.
2nd. They were all okay video games and when the main character was getting too close to winning two of them take his control and then sit in him while the rest of them finish playing. I believe he falls asleep before the games over. Paranormal as well.
