Hello! I need audible suggestions! I’m looking for a recommended series that doesnt have overdrawn out romance or over detailed sexual encounters. I am reading shadow hunters and am enjoying that. I have read twilight, Harry Potter, the inheritance series, Anne rice vampire chronicles, cirque du freak, vampire hunter D, and Lord of the rings.
My taste in books is pretty all over the place, but I would love more vampire books that are too sexual. Or just anything similar to the other mentioned series.
I tried aeronauts windlass and wasn’t pulled in. The vampire diaries books have a narrator on audible that bothers me for some reason, so I don’t want to listen to them.

The scholomance – brand new series with the last book released earlier this year. There is a romance in the book later on but it’s really not very mushy at all, the main character is a bit prickly. No vampires.
Cry wolf – first book in the Mercy Thompson series. I think the first book has a werewolf problem and the second book maybe has a vampire problem. But they did a great job of a romance that is very mature and not too mushy. Skip Iron Kissed, I don’t think you will like this one. So there is a little romance in the series but it’s never very big. It’s got vampires!
I think that you might like The Paper Magician series, it’s sort of a YA about magic and not very mushy at all. It does have a romance in it. No vampires.
How about Untethered Skies it’s got Rocs in it and no romance, short book. No vampires.
Also I think you might like every heart a doorway which is about kids that got spirited away, but now they’re back. There really isn’t any romance. No vampires.
