So I ordered a book online yesterday. For USD $14.99 to ship to Canada. With foreign exchange rates being as they are, the system assures me that my book will cost me around $21, with a few bucks more added something like up to $30 or $31 for shipping and handling.
I check back today, but the system now insists I’m not authorized to track my purchase with the tracking number I was given. Confused, I take a look at my paypal (through which the purchase was made). And I find that the total price I have been billed is for $43.50?????
WTF??? I clicked on standard shipping. I know this for a fact. What do I do about this unmitigated screwup? Should I cancel my order?
