I’m looking for book suggestions about WW2 Naval fiction.
To give you an idea of what I like:
**HMS Ulysses** \- Alistair MacLean. Absolute favorite!
**Cruel Sea** and **Three Corvettes** \- Nicholas Monsarrat
**The Enemy Below** \- Denys Rayner (preferred the film)
**The Bedford Incident** \- Mark Rascovich – Yes, I know this is Cold War and not WW2
Edward L Beach’s submarine books – **Run silent, run deep**.
**The Good Shepherd** \- C. S. Forester – I’ve heard the film “Greyhound” is better.
I definitely want fiction and not historical documentary. I don’t care if it’s set in the Pacific or the Atlantic or the Russia convoys.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks in advance.
