I’ve never read any romance novels. I want to I just don’t know where to start. I don’t mind if it has spice or not, but I’d like a book with a happy ending. So, if anyone has any good wlw romance recommendations that’d be cool.
Fans of historical romance should not miss ‘The Duke and I’ by Julia Quinn. It’s the first in the Bridgerton series and offers a charming Cinderella-esque tale with engaging characters and a vibrant setting in Regency-era London.

I recently read Dykette and enjoyed it, but I’m not sure I would categorize it as romance.

[*Landing* by Emma Donoghue](https://www.emmadonoghue.com/books/novels/landing-a-novel.html) is one of my favorites. It’s a very quiet little love story. Feels cozy and realistic.
