I am hearing this for quite a while that some Three-letter agencies and drug money and other black money have very close connections, they use this black money to fund their own off-books operation. Anyone know good books on this topic ?

Cops routinely bankroll criminal operations. The best example I can think of is this biker in Quebec who got money from the RCMP to publish an LGBT+ lifestyle magazine. This comes up in the book {{the road to hell how biker gangs are taking over canada}}
I also had a look at a Vice article recently that claims an FBI informant received hundreds of thousands of dollars while he was in charge of a White Nationalist group. I imagine we’ll be reading books about him a few years from now.
