I have a friend working her ass of all week (incl week-end) long for one of them. I’d recommend her to quit but she apparently has to prove something which I respect. That’s why I would like to help her and I thought some insight might be a way to go forward. Learning to say no to colleagues, finding a balance with personal life and I guess so much more I know nothing about.
Cheers for the recommendations!
