I just read period power by Maisie Hill. I wanted to understand more about menstruation and women’s health, for my own knowledge and to support my partner, and would absolutely recommend it as I learnt a lot.
In fact I learnt so much that after reading it I am thinking that I would like a book that would help me to understand my body and health better as well but I’m not finding anything that fits what I think I’m looking for. I am a cisgender male, does anyone have any recommendations?
