I’m looking for a book that helps me come to terms with who i am as a person and make peace with it and how to handle various social situations being who i am as lately i have been surrounded by a lot of good people and I’m not like them.. My mood changes a lot and i don’t show I’m happy when I’m not just for the sake of other people which makes me think of myself as a terrible person and i can’t fake my emotions so idk what’s happening and since therapy is expensive , I’m looking for book /books that’ll help me with this. And please dont suggest books which teach you to be a goody shoes and love all beings philosophy as i like being a lil chaotic in life.
