I’m looking for a Christmas gift for my nephew, and I have joked about turning him into a genius baby. I’m looking for a board book to amuse my brother: something educational like Baby Einstein or something pretentious like a baby spin-off from a classic.

There is a line of board books for little kids called Baby University. They cover topics like quantum physics, organic chemistry, computer programming, etc.
