Hey, I am Implementing one habit at a time and it works really good. The problem is that I have a lot of habits I need to change and I struggle with impatience a lot. One side of me wants to overdo it and work on multiple habits at a time.
Can you recommend me a book that helps me mentally being patient and taking it slow. Can be every genre
