I have vivid memories of my dad literally crying of laughter while reading a Swedish book series called “Sune”. While that wasn’t my cup of tea when it comes to comedy, I always found it interesting to laugh with a book. Only book that has ever made me laugh is the hitchhiker’s guide. I don’t read much (or at all) so my idea is to pick up reading with really funny book. Do you have any suggestions? I think it goes without saying but it needs to be a narrative. I wouldn’t wanna pick up book about a 1000 puns for example. Thanks in advance!

Red Dwarf
**Discworld** series by Terry Pratchett. It a big fantasy series with small novels. A lot of the time I’m just reading, then suddenly like a tripwire there is something very funny that makes me laugh.
There is also a Swedish book called **The 100-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared**. Although I personally didn’t find it very funny and it was too long, IMO.
