Hi guys,
I am looking for book suggestions to improve myself as a person.
So I read “How to hug a porcupine” only to realise that I am the porcupine.
So how can I improve myself while also learning to love myself?
A big part of my flaws come from my under-confidence, unsure and confused about myself (the opposite of self-aware) and weak. Hence I am always irritated, complaining and whiny.
Something like Mary from Persuasions.
Please suggest books for being able to live myself while also growing into a better person.
