Can somebody explain to me the 8th song from Byron’s “Don Juan”? Because I do not understand it ( primarily because of the poor translation ).

Because the translation for school makes no sense and I already read it 2 times but didn’t get anything. The translator tried to make it rhyme but that does not make any sense. There are random words put there only for the rhymes and you never know what is a part of the plot and what is there just for the rhyme.
