For a gift I’m looking for a book in the historical romance genre that sets itself apart through something (I’m open to different things) but potentially with a wintery vibe.
The person I’m gifting it to reads a lot of historical romance, a genre I’m not really home to, but I always like to gift something rather….unique? Cliches are okay, but I am looking for a plot that’s not like thousands of others. A few pointers to start looking at would already be great! I realise my question is very vague, but that’s because I don’t have anything in particular in mind—I just don’t want to gift books that are incredibly mainstream since the receiver has most likely already read and enjoyed those.
